12 C quick oats
1 C wheat germ
2 C coconut
1 C anything seeds (optional)
1 C wheat flakes
1 C hot water
1 C honey
1/2 C brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 C oil to 1 C oil (depending on how healthy you're feeling at the moment, obviously 1 c will make it taste better!)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
Combine oatmeal, nuts, wheat germ, coconut, seeds, and hot water. Then in separate bowl, mix hot water, honey, brown sugar, salt, oil, vanilla and salt. Pour wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and coat. Separate 1/2 of granola mixture onto 1 baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees, lightly stirring it on the sheet every 10 minute increments. The darker it bakes the crunchier it will be. Repeat with second cookie sheet of granola mixture. Enjoy with milk and eat it as cereal or as a dry snack.
