Chewy Chocolate Cookies- Aunt Cindy

Ingredients:
1 C sugar
1 C brown sugar
1 C butter, softened
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 C cocoa
2 1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
48 caramel or peanutbutter filled hershey kisses

Cream both sugar's, butter, eggs, vanilla and salt. Add baking soda and cocoa, flour. Make small ball of dough and push hershey kiss inside ball. Make sure hershey kiss is covered completely with dough. Roll dough in white sugar and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.
